Training Day Meals

Meal 1

2 egg whites, 1 slice brown bread, 20g pro from whey

Meal 2

120g chicken/turkey, 15g cashew nuts

Meal 3

180g white fish, 150g white potato

Pre-gym Meal

30g Ark 4 Shipshape, 2 rice cakes, 50g banana

Gym

take 1 Ark 5 - 20 mins before session

 

Post workout meal

30/45 minutes after training

120g chicken/turkey, 40g jasmine rice…45g coco pops, with almond milk

 

Pre Bed

20g Ark 4 Shipshape, 100g fat free yogurt

 

 

 

 

Rest Day Meals

Meal 1

Meal 2

150g beef/mince, 5g coconut oil

Meal 3

150g chicken, 30g avocado, 1 wrap/pitta

Meal 4

180g white fish 60g sweet potato

 

Meal 5

150g chicken, 40 avocado

Meal 6

20g protein from whey, 10g nut butter
