  • 300ml of unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 50 grams of Ark 4 Shipshape Super Ark Food
  • 60 gram of oats
  • 50 grams of peanut butter
  • 1 large banana
  • 15 grams of Flaxseed


Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth – easy!
